MES Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
At MES (My English Skool), we’re committed to providing every learner with the highest-quality online English education experience.
Because our courses provide instant digital access to lessons, materials, and tools, we have a specific refund policy designed to protect both our learners and our content.
Refund Eligibility
✅ You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

You have not completed more than 20% of the course content, and

You are not fully satisfied with the learning experience.
After 30 days, or if a significant portion of the course has been completed, refunds cannot be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team at:

Include your name, purchase email, course title, and a brief explanation of your request.
Our team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Because MES courses provide immediate digital access upon purchase, the following are non-refundable:

Completed or fully-accessed online courses.

Promotional, discounted, or bundle offers.

Gift cards and prepaid course credits.
Course Access After Refund
If a refund is issued, your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked, and your MES account may be updated to reflect non-enrollment in that course.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or payment account again.

Contact your payment provider for pending transactions.

If the issue persists, please email us at support@myenglishskool.com and include your refund confirmation details.
Exchanges
MES courses cannot be “exchanged,” but if you purchased the wrong level (for example, Beginner instead of Intermediate), contact our team at support@myenglishskool.com, and we’ll help you move to the correct course without extra fees (within 7 days of purchase).
